  1. Used the STEP files to get the front plate cut in 5mm carbon fiber, and 3D printed the back enclosure. The printable sticker sheet included in the pack finishes it off perfectly, looks just like an OEM wheel. The Bill of Materials (BOM) saved me so much time when ordering the screws and encoders.

    • Thanks for the review!

  2. highly recommend

Watch the tutorial video and bought the files straight away. setup was easy and the 12 buttons mapping works perfectly in iracing. printed the sticker sheet on a4 adhesive paper and it looks so sick. magnetic shifters feel super crisp. highly recomend

  3. Perfect

Printed the STL files with my 3D printer and wired it up using the Wifi Zero Delay Arcade usb board. The buttons and shifters work flawlessly in Assetto Corsa Competizione. The grip ergonomics are exact copies of the real AMG GT3 wheel. Best $40 I’ve spent on my rig.

    • Thanks Max! The AMG GT3 ergonomics are legendary, so I wanted to make sure the CAD model was 100% accurate.

  4. Great project, very detailed wiring diagram

I don’t have a CNC so I used the printable PDF sheets to hand-cut the plates. It takes a lot of time and patience but it works! The Arduino wiring diagram was super easy to follow even for a beginner like me. Lost one star because I had trouble finding the exact BOM locally, but the wheel itself is great.

    • Grazie Lucas! Huge respect for building this using the hand-cutting PDF option, that takes real dedication!

  5. Good files but had some Arduino errors at first

The CAD model and files are 10/10 quality. However, when uploading the sketch to my Pro Micro, I kept getting compilation errors. I messaged the live support and they replied within an hour to help me fix it. The wheel works great now with iRacing, but the software troubleshooting was a bit frustrating.

    • Hi Brandon, thank you for the honest feedback. Arduino IDE updates can sometimes cause unexpected bugs with custom sketches, but I’m glad our support team was able to get you sorted out quickly. See you on the iRacing grid!

  6. Clean STL files and everything fits as expected. I printed the wheel in PETG and had no issues during assembly. The design feels solid and very close to a real GT wheel. Definitely worth it if you like DIY.

  7. Good quality 3D files, well designed and easy to build. I adjusted a few button positions to match my setup. Instructions are clear enough even if you’re not an expert. Happy with the result.

You can ask a quotation in platform like treat stock, and see in the fab lab of your city. But if you own a 3d printer it will be very cheap.

Hello, I have not purchased this yet. But I was just wondering, how many cables will I need to run from the wheel to my computer? I see in the materials that I will need a micro USB cable for the aurdino pro micro, but are there any other cables I may need to run from the wheel to my computer or wheelbase? Thanks!

Hello Nolan,

You need only usb cable to connect the buttons/switch limit of the usb board (Arduino or zero delay).

Best regards.

Before I purchase the GX12 aviation circular connectors, how many pins do you need to buy on it (2Pins, 3Pins, 4Pins, 5Pins, 6Pins, 7Pins, or the plastic cap)?
