You can order downloadable digital products (files in .zip format), or Print-on-demand products (mugs, t-shirts…).

Refund and return

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your physical product. To request a refund, please contact us by email using our form.

No returns accepted for digital downloads.

You must use the downloadable digital products for personal use only, you have no right to sell one or more physical products, or share the downloaded file.

You can buy your products with a credit card, Google pay, Apple pay, Stripe Link, Amazon pay.

Transaction process for downloadable digital products

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the download link and the PDF invoice attached. You can also download the files from your member area. You will also receive an invitation to write a review 14 days after placing your order.

Delivery times may range from 3 to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information via email.
